THERAPY​

When one thinks of therapy often one visualizes the Freudian image of an older therapist sitting on a chair wearing spectacles and taking notes while a client lays on the couch baring their soul. This is not the therapy of modern times! Therapy through A Sisters Legacy encourages a care plan as unique as the person being served. Therapy can take place at our location in Oak Cliff, or virtually throughout Texas. We charge $50/session for therapy and have the ability to work with those who cannot afford this thanks to scholarships and donors. Our therapists use a combination of therapeutic techniques and collaboration with other organizations to provide holistic care for the person. A Sisters Legacy makes it a point to build relationships with other non-profits and agencies in Texas in an effort to provide resource connection for those in our care.
